The purpose of the Communtiy Services District(CSD)    is to maintain the roads in the district to the best of our ability with the funds available to the

Community Services District, CSD.

             The road assessment fee is minimal.                 Working  with  a minimal  budget  to maintain the roads,     yearly maintenance is  prioritized each season.
