The purpose of the Community Services District(CSD) is to maintain only the roads and drains in the district to the best of our ability with the funds available to the
Community Services District, CSD.

The slide show above shows images of roadwork in 2018 and 2019.
The road assessment fee is minimal. Working with a minimal budget to maintain the roads, yearly maintenance is prioritized each season.
The district attempts to acquire grants whenever feasible.
